At Amarela Roastery, we are committed to providing you with the best quality products. While we generally do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue, we are happy to assist you with any problems regarding your order. Please read our policy carefully to understand our return and refund process.
Returns
We accept returns only if there is an issue with the quality of the product you received. If you believe your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at nadim@amarelafoods.com to initiate the return process.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed if the product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If you qualify for a refund, please note that the amount may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
Return Shipping
If your item is eligible for a return due to quality issues, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a customer error (e.g., incorrect order placed), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are consumed or used (e.g., food or beverages that have been opened). We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Exchanges
