At Amarela Roastery, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and fast, reliable shipping. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process orders and deliver your products.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following business day.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- We partner with trusted carriers to ensure prompt delivery.

Dubai & Sharjah:
- Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered the same day.
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next business day.
- Other Emirates: We are currently only offering deliveries to Dubai and Sharjah. We are working on expanding our services to other Emirates. For now, please check availability at checkout.
- Delivery times for Dubai and Sharjah typically take 1-2 business days.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to Dubai and Sharjah. We are working on expanding delivery to other Emirates, but for now, we are limiting shipments to these two locations.
- For international shipments, customs fees or import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Shipping Delays
- We do our best to ensure timely deliveries; however, delays can occur due to external factors, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues.
